Teams

    The best place to reach us is on Teams:

    • General is where most of the action is. Ask questions, give feedback, make suggestions, or report a bug – it’s all welcome here. Devs, designers, and product stakeholders all participate in this channel. We aim to reply within one business day, but you’ll usually get a quicker response.
    • The Forge Community Contributions - Dev channel is where we field development questions related to contributions.

    Office hours

    Our weekly office hours are a great venue to discuss more complex issues that benefit from interdisciplinary expertise. A Forge designer and developer are on hand to collaborate with you live. It helps us plan if you sign up, but you can also drop in.

    We’re piloting biweekly office hours for the AHI community through the end of the year. Sign up for help with a particular issue, or feel free to just listen in.

    Forge Workshop

    The Forge community meets once a month in the Forge Workshop. Hosted by our product owner, Shmuel Bollen, these sessions feature:

    • Forge news and announcements
    • Topical discussions
    • Interactive user sessions
    • Contribution updates
    • Review of recent bug fixes and other improvements
